Pastor Tony Rice is the Founder and Senior Pastor of New Beginnings United Fellowship Church, a ministry dedicated to building God's Kingdom one man at a time. His teaching and preaching are both practical and powerful, encouraging men and women of God to live up to their full potential in Christ. Under his leadership, New Beginnings is considered one of the most ambitious churches in their surrounding cities brining a positive impact to their community.

Pastor Rice and his wife have a love for people and sense of compassion for others. They have a special love for the lost, & broken hearted who are often on the verge of giving up. The beautiful couple exemplifies a spirit of devotion and care for the needs of others more than their own, dedicating their lives not chasing after frame and fonature but rather chasing after souls. In 2005 the couple saw a poverty issue in their city, with many families falling on hard times, no way to feed their families or  a place to go. They together decided to give up their rental property to turn it into the city’s 1st men’s homeless shelter providing a safe place to sleep, and a daily soup kitchen to help men get back on their feet. Becoming one of the community leaders along with her husband in 2012 Lady Rice formed the city’s largest Clothing Ministry where hundreds of needy families are blessed with new and used clothes and housing items every month.

They together lead a church that believes in Jesus, a community of believers whose ministry is driven by a passion for God and a desire to serve him and those around them.
